Man City owner suspected of helping Russian billionaires get around sanctions

According to The Telegraph, a group of lawyers has asked the British Foreign Office to look into the possible involvement of Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour in helping sanctioned Russian billionaires.

Lawyers are asking the head of the British Foreign Office to impose sanctions against Mansour if his involvement in this is proven.
