The ball scored by Dnipro-1 midfielder Oleksandr Pikhalenok against the Cypriot Apollo was among the contenders for the title of the best goal of the Conference League this week.
But the winner in the traditional UEFA poll was the spectacular goal of Andi Diouf from the Swiss Basel against the Lithuanian Zalgiris. The second place went to the goal scored by Kevin Friesenbichler from the Scottish Hearts into the goal of the Latvian RFU. The third was the goal of Jari Versharen from the Belgian Anderlecht against the Romanian Steaua. And only in the last, fourth place is Pikhalenok's effective shot, which, we recall, became the only goal of the Dnipro-1 match - Apollon (1:0).
