Journalist Konstantin Andriyuk said in his telegram channel that two Ukrainian referees Andriy Kovalenko and Oleksandr Shandor will not receive the status of FIFA referees.

According to the source, the referees failed the English language test, which must be passed in order to obtain the status of a FIFA referee. Last year, the judges also failed the test, but FIFA gave them a year to prepare for the second exam.

It is reported that Ukraine lost 2 places among FIFA referees.
