Instead, the Russian Football Union (RFU) is starting to try to persuade UEFA to lift the "ban", which, we recall, has been imposed on all Russian football - both at the level of clubs and at the level of national teams.
“A working group has been created that will work with UEFA regarding cooperation and future admission to European competitions.
The issue with Asia is not closed, it is open. If they do not come to an agreement with UEFA, then they will communicate with the Asian Confederation. Nobody wants to spoil relations with UEFA.
