Andriy Pavelko was removed from the post of UAF President by the Pechersk Court until 17 March 23.
Andriy PavelkoAccording to Konstantin Andriyuk's telegram channel, the investigating judge's ruling may be appealed within 5 days of its announcement directly to the court of appeal.
The ruling comes into force after the deadline for filing an appeal has expired, if no such appeal has been filed. If an appeal is filed, the lawful decision, if not cancelled, comes into force after the decision of the appellate court is made.
The full text of the ruling will be announced on 22 February.
