Shakhtar CEO Sergei Palkin in an interview with Tribuna.com answered a question about the situation with the single pool in the Ukrainian championship.

We are trying to blame someone - that one is bad or that one - but inside our 16 clubs for decades they cannot agree to create a single pool. Constantly there is someone who always finds some far-fetched reason and destroys the entire system. We can not agree among ourselves.
I've already said that. Let's create a pool, make a production and show the matches on YouTube for free during the war. And then we'll be done with it. But at least we will have a pool and a single product," Palkin said.
