Former Dnipro, Shakhtar and Ukraine forward Yevhen Selezniov has officially retired from football.
Evgeny SeleznevSelezniov's farewell match with the participation of our football legends and current players will take place on 6 June at the Avangard Stadium in Uzhhorod. On the 5th of June, an open training session will be held at the same stadium.
The list of invited stars is still tentative and not particularly disclosed, but it includes representatives of three football generations. These are Oleg Protasov and Oleksandr Hatskevich, Ruslan Rotan and Dario Srna, Mykhailo Mudryk and Artem Dovbyk.
The star match will also be a charity event. Yevhen's goal is to raise funds for cars for teams working in different areas. But unlike previous charity matches held in Ukraine, it will not involve showbiz stars.
