Bayern Munich's new CEO Jan-Christian Dresen has spoken about the club's transfer policy.

"We don't want mercenaries who change clubs every two years. We will be looking for players who radiate energy and are committed to Bayern Munich and its fans," Sport1.de quoted the official as saying.

It will be recalled that Jan-Christian Dresen replaced Oliver Kahn as Bayern's chairman of the board.
