Denys Harmash is training with Dynamo's youth team. The first team coach does not count on the 33-year-old midfielder. The media linked Denys with UPL newcomer LNZ Cherkasy, Kazakh league leader Ordabasy and an unnamed club from Hungary.

Nothing in life lasts forever. In football, too, everything comes to an end. Lionel Messi no longer plays for Barcelona. The star Argentine is not even in Europe. Messi will play out his career in the United States. His eternal opponent and rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, has decided to play out his final seasons in the Middle East. If you are no longer able to play at a high level and you have the motivation to play and earn money, then you need to lower the level of the tournament.

Sergiy Rybalka is an example for me. Alexander Hatskevich didn't need him. Then he had health problems in Turkey. But after 30 years of playing for a couple of thousand dollars in Oleksandriya, Serhii found the strength to move to LNZ. It's not about money, but about the desire to enjoy your favourite game.

Garmash was in the Dynamo first team for almost 13-14 years (with a break for six months in Turkey). During this time, he was able to make a financial cushion for himself so that he could feel comfortable financially after retiring from football. There were times when Dynamo paid very generously. Doesn't Denis himself understand that he can't give anything to this team anymore and his time has irrevocably passed? The head coach does not see him in the team. What's the point in confronting the club?

You can make fun of Artem Besedin as much as you like, but the striker decided to terminate his contract after realising that his history with Dynamo was over. He can no longer give anything to the team. With a salary of $40,000 and a year and a half contract, Besedin gave up everything and went to Kazakhstan, where he signed a contract for half a season. A big risk, but also a big respect for a player who put football above money. Not every footballer would refuse a contract with Dynamo. We had to make a decision. Given the recent results and injuries, we had to consider Kazakhstan, which is not very comfortable. These are the realities that need to be accepted.

In my opinion, Garmash's problem is a loss of ambition. At one time, Denis was given crazy advances, but due to injuries and his character, he was unable to realise them. First, you agree to not being called up to the national team, then you lose your place in the team's core, you get the status of a rotation player, and eventually they say goodbye to you. Garmash was satisfied with everything in Kyiv in terms of life and finances. He didn't want anything more than to play in the top championships. Step by step, it all led to the current situation.

Nowadays, life in Kyiv is well-established. Why go somewhere far away to Kazakhstan, or even to Cherkasy? It's all new and incomprehensible. New housing, a new school or kindergarten for the children. No other club will have such living conditions as Dynamo. You need to accept this and be realistic about the situation - with age, the level of earnings, teams and championships drop. Either you accept these rules, or you will suffer the fate of Yevhen Khacheridi, who did not play much after Dynamo because of his excessive salary demands.

Garmash lost the competition for a place in the squad a long time ago. About 5-6 years ago. Today he has no place in the squad at all. His main ambitions are not football matters, but his own comfort. Perhaps, there was some football benefit from Garmash's stay in the team - the atmosphere in the team, competition, something else. But there was also a lot of negativity from this situation - an example for young people. If you're already a status player and not a young one, you're content to be a rotation player. What's the point in striving for something more?
