"Everton have announced the transfer of Sporting Lisbon striker Youssef Chermiti on their official website.

The Portuguese forward has signed a contract with the Toffees until June 2027. The transfer fee for the 19-year-old footballer was £15 million. At his new club, Youssef will play under the number 28 shirt.

It should be noted that Cermiti is a graduate of the Sporting Academy. The striker made his debut for the Lisbon first team in January 2023.
