Veres president Ivan Nadein said in a commentary to the club's TV that they would not work with the MEGOGO media service.
- We will also broadcast the next match against LNZ on Veres TV. We just don't have any other options for broadcasting it yet. Here, a fan gets two matches for 35 UAH. Accordingly, UAH 17.5 per match - I think this is support for football during the war, the opportunity to hold matches and watch football. That's why this is our mission, and we understand perfectly well that we are the first to do it. Someone may support us, someone may not. But this is our way, which we are following.
What MEGOGO offers us: that we pay for broadcasts, and they broadcast us for free, and make money on this - I think it's a robbery of Ukrainian football. Not some big slogans that MEGOGO says: "We are for the development of football".
I even like the concept of UPL TV that Rukh is working on. They broadcast, they own the channel, they build up their audience, and they invite other clubs. MEGOGO offers a story that I just don't understand. They get free content, which they use to make money. I think this is wrong. That's why Veres will definitely not work with MEGOGO," Nadein said.
