The fresh energy gave a boost to Celta Vigo's attack, but they failed to score. In the closing stages of the game, both teams were more cautious, trying to maintain a solid defence.
In the 71st minute, Celta Vigo's F. Servi received a yellow card, followed by Valencia's Sufian Amalla in the 77th minute and U. Nunez in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute both teams made two substitutions. Hugo Duro replaced Roman Yaremchuk and Facundo Perez replaced Hugo Guillamon. In the final minutes of the match, Valencia made one last substitution: Daniel Lopez replaced Dimitri Fulquier. Despite the efforts of both teams, the scoreline remained unchanged at the final whistle. The match ended in a 0-0 draw, with both teams settling for one point. Although the result was disappointing in terms of goals, the match showed the defensive resilience of both Valencia and Celta Vigo. Both clubs are looking to build on this result and improve their attacking qualities in future matches.
