The administration of the Ukrainian Football Association has received duly executed written decisions of the governing bodies of 32 UAF members requesting the convening of an extraordinary congress. The UAF members also proposed the agenda of the extraordinary congress.
According to the UAF Statute (Article 19, paragraph 2), "The UAF Executive Committee is obliged to convene an extraordinary congress if at least 3/4 of the total number of UAF members represented by their governing bodies have submitted written decisions (minutes or extracts therefrom) with the said proposal. If such a request of the UAF members to convene an extraordinary congress is not fulfilled, these members have the right to convene an extraordinary congress themselves."
As you know, the UAF has 40 members. Accordingly, 30 of them constitute 3/4. Thus, the procedure for convening an extraordinary UAF Congress has officially begun. The Ukrainian Football Association has already informed FIFA and UEFA about this.
According to the UAF Statute (Article 19, paragraph 4), "an extraordinary congress shall be held no later than 60 days from the date of receipt of duly executed proposals by the UAF administration".
