The president of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and former sports minister Vadym Hutzayt said that it is impossible to "reserve" all athletes from mobilisation.

Some of them are our booked athletes, some are our booked coaches. Unfortunately, we don't book everyone, we don't have the opportunity to book them," Gutzeit said.
According to him, many athletes have been defending the country since the first days of the full-scale war.
