As already reported, yesterday Dynamo Kyiv came out of holiday. On the same day, Oleksandr Shovkovskiy's team held the first training session in 2024.
Photo - fcdynamo.comAs it became known to Dynamo.kiev.ua, despite the rather appreciable frost (yesterday it was about 10 degrees below zero in the capital), the training session of the Bilo-Syni was held outdoors. All 29 players, who were undergoing medical examination during these two days, took part in the training session.
But at the same time, continuing recovery after knee surgery midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko trained separately from the team: he performed running work in the indoor arena. So far, the 34-year-old footballer is running exclusively in a straight line, gradually increasing the load on the knee. According to the forecasts of Dynamo doctors, Yarmolenko will be able to start training in the general group not earlier than in two-three weeks.
We would like to add that today Dynamo will also hold one training session, and from tomorrow the team will switch to the regime of two-times-a-day trainings.
