According to the Youtube channel "Camon, Play", Maksimov has already announced to the team that if they cannot win in the next match of the Ukrainian championship against Kryvbas, the coach will announce his resignation, because, the club in the remaining matches will almost lose the chances to get into the top-5.

We shall remind you that Maksimov took charge of Dnipro-1 in the autumn of 2023, having signed a 2-year agreement with the club.
