Karpaty head coach Myron Markevych commented on his team's 1-2 defeat of Ingulets in the final round of the First League match.

In principle, we have fulfilled the task. But we understand that to play in the Premier League, we need to qualitatively change the squad. The existing team will not be able to reach this level. I wish Ingulets success. If they strengthen with 2-3 players, they will not be lost in the elite.
What percentage of the players do Karpaty need to replace? We have to analyse everything well. But you don't need to be a great expert to conclude that 60 per cent are not good enough...
