In the first part of the 2024/2025 season, 405 players were involved in the Ukrainian championship, including 90 legionnaires, which constituted 22.22% of the total. Compared to the 2023/2024 season, the percentage of legionnaires has increased and has almost reached the level of the 2019/2020 season.
The most foreign footballers during this period of the season were fielded as part of LNZ - 12. Two clubs managed without the services of legionnaires: “Obolon” and “Ingulec”.
Throughout the history of the Ukrainian championship, 4431 footballers have taken to the field, including 1353 legionnaires (30.53%).
