"Dynamo" Kyiv continues preparations for the spring part of the season in the south of Turkey.
The first test of the current form after the starting days of the training camp was the control match against Viennese "Rapid" (0:4). And although the current state of the opponents was completely different - the Dynamo team just started their training, while the Vienna team has already held a considerable number of sparring sessions and will play their first official match this year in 10 days - the coaching staff received a lot of useful information from the outcome of this game.
The day after the match against Rapid, the white and blues began work with a theoretical session, during which the coaches pointed out the mistakes made in this game. Next After the theory, the team went to train in the hotel's fitness room. The players were divided into two groups and performed a set of exercises aimed at strengthening muscles.
In the evening, Dynamo returned to the central field of the Mardan Sports Complex, where the test match against the Austrians took place the day before. The class started with a jog, followed by an intense warm-up. Then the work with the balls began - practicing passes, which alternated with running exercises.
During the main part of the evening session, the "white and blue" worked on ball control, and ended the training with a two-way on a standard length, but limited chip width field.
Artem Besedin, Benito, and Justin Lonwijk, who limited themselves to running work on the field, trained under the individual program.
On Thursday, the "white and blue" will hold two training sessions at the stadium, and they will play their second test match at the national team on Saturday, January 28, against the Slovenian "Maribor".
