The Groshi project presented another series of its own investigation into the football corruption of functionaries of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) under the leadership of Andriy Pavelko, titled: "Vadim Kostyuchenko's VIP base. How much does the new house of Andrey Pavelko's accomplice cost?.
This time, the journalists found and showed the estate of UAF Vice President Vadim Kostyuchenko, which he is completing in the village of Vishenki, Boryspil district.
The house, according to the classics of the genre, is registered in the name of Kostyuchenko's retired mother-in-law, who lives in an ordinary socket in a residential area. Probably, the vice-president of the UAF wrote down his secret palace to his mother-in-law, because he himself (the former official) did not have official income that would allow such a luxury. But where does the money come from?
