Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that he is ready to try out his team's new formation during their tour of the USA.
"When I started coaching, I had a clear idea, and I didn't adapt to the players. I had experience at Parma, where Baggio wanted to play as a playmaker, and I didn't change the system. He moved to another team. And I made a mistake. At Juventus with Zidane, I began to realise that it is better to adapt to the players. Footballers need to feel comfortable. I adapted and am still adapting.
This year, we may play a different system. The system we played with was very successful, but we can try a new style. We are going to do it during the tour. It's a good time to try it," Ancelotti said, according to ESPN.
