Famous Ukrainian coach Vitaliy Kvartsyanyi has revealed which UPL club he favours.
"I really like the approach of Veres, although for sure someone makes fun of them. But I think it is the right approach when a club is managed by shareholders, not by one person. It should be like that in every club. And the state should not get involved in football at all.
We have a lot of people far from football in clubs now: nephews, matchmakers, brothers, bankers, managers, truckers and tractor drivers.
The worst thing is that the clubs appoint coaches who have to walk on their hind legs in front of a bunch of business managers, ten vice-presidents, five general directors, etc. There are 11 players on the field and 33 managers running around near the president. This should not happen," Kvartsyanyi said.
