It should be noted at once that the game started in a heavy downpour, but this did not affect the quality of the pitch. The Georgians started more actively. In the 15th minute, Santis scored the first shot on target for Kyiv. Bushchan caught the ball flying in the centre. We had to wait another 6 minutes for the first shot by Brazhko. But most of the time, the teams competed in the number of passes, usually stopping at 6-7. The first 45 minutes were extremely uninteresting. There was movement, there was a struggle, sometimes there were blows, but there were no hits from our side. As well as really dangerous moments.
After the break, the rain intensified, the drainage began to fail, the ball began to get stuck in puddles more and more often. At the same time, Kyiv began to run out on the counterattack more and more often, although the water on the pitch was a major hindrance. In the 59th minute, Vanat approached the penalty area after a pass from Buyalsky and shot from the line - past the goal. The struggle in each water fight became even more fierce, but the game did not increase in constructiveness. The result was a dry draw on an extremely wet pitch.
Dynamo Kyiv will play their next friendly on Friday, 16 February, against Petrocube from Moldova. We hope the weather will improve.
