Dynamo midfielder Vladyslav Kabayev spoke about his adaptation to the capital's club.
"Adaptation at Dynamo was difficult, just like at Zorya. It took about a year. At first, everything was fine on emotions. Then the emotions ran out - there was no result and a psychological hole appeared, it was very difficult to get out of it.
I never had a dialogue with Lucescu. Perhaps this played a role, it's hard to say. I analysed it all a lot and dug into myself. I read a lot about myself on the Internet, for the first time in my life I met someone like that. I understood that Dynamo were waiting for the result.
Now I feel much better. I have a dialogue with the head coach, I understand what he wants from me in a given situation. I have more freedom on the pitch, not like it was under Lucescu - only in this way and in no other way. Now I have a more "floating" position. It is closer to me.
I understand my level, I know that there are players who are stronger than me. And I know that I can do more," Kabaev told UPL.TV.
