Former head coach of the Ukrainian national team and Dynamo Kyiv Jozsef Szabo shared his expectations for the match against Iceland in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
- I am concerned about Mudryk. If he doesn't have space, it will be difficult for him. He is not a positional player and it is difficult for him to play with a strong defence with insurance. We could definitely use a player who can shoot and score from 20 metres or more. We must not be afraid to shoot more often from different distances and positions, otherwise we cannot beat Iceland. If we start playing dash, dash, dash, dash, we won't succeed. I think that the Ukrainian national team will win by a minimum of 1-0," said Jozsef Jozsefowicz.
