Former coach of Kyiv Dynamo Leonid Buryak stated that his former team needs to improve its game, and also spoke about the transfer of the goalkeeper of the "white-blues" Georgiy Bushchan to the Arabian "Al-Shabab".

— I understand that the team is being formed, that it is a young team. Some of the main squad players did not participate in this match with RFS for various reasons. I am not saying that we must win European Cups, but Dynamo should have taken around 9-10 points. In any condition, due to organization and readiness, Dynamo should look much better. Now we have tasks that need to be solved in the Ukrainian championship. Currently, Dynamo has a young team with Ukrainians in the squad, and we want the players to play and understand the meaning of this game.
— If we focus on the upcoming European Cups, what does Dynamo need to improve to look better on the European stage?
— Previously, Dynamo had quite serious legionnaires. I am not saying there should be a lot of them. But, I think it would be good to invite at least one good legionnaire for key positions. And then around these legionnaires our youth would grow twice as fast.
— Dynamo is in first place in the UPL, and it is clear that the task of the Kyiv team is to win the gold medals. Will this victory over RFS give the Kyiv side confidence for the opening matches of this season?
— Every victory carries its own vibes. It is emotionally easier to bear. If there are no results or victories, the head coach starts to be criticized immediately. And then the coach demands results from the players. Here it seems that this victory in the match with RFS might not have solved anything, but, nevertheless, a victory is a victory. We need to forget this and, having analyzed mistakes, prepare for the championship of Ukraine. We have tasks and some dream that we must fulfill.
— How do you comment on Georgiy Bushchan's transfer to Al-Shabab? Now the Ukrainian goalkeeper will play in the same league as Ronaldo, Mane, and other stars.
— Bushchan is a member of our family. When our football player leaves, like Sidorchuk, Mykolenko, and others, it is a bit sad. Bushchan is now 30 years old. A goalkeeper at that age is in their prime. I wish Georgiy good luck, prosperity, and health. May all his wishes come true. Now Bushchan will need to live there. His task is to earn a place in the starting lineup. And after a while, perhaps a specialist who brings a slightly different school will come to us. And this can be a very good support for everyone else.
— So we will wait for Bushchan to bring new knowledge from Saudi Arabia that will benefit Dynamo.
— Yes. Yarmolenko was in England, where he had his own view on the training process. And Bushchan will come back with his views from abroad. Maybe he will earn good money and not want to work in football anymore. We will see! But Bushchan is a very good guy. I wish him success and victories.
— Can Neshcheret adequately replace Bushchan?
— I am confident that the goalkeeping position of Dynamo will not suffer in any way. Neshcheret is ready for the main squad. I think he is working very well.
