Exactly one year ago, the Russian Federation committed another historic crime against our people.
A new attempt to genocide Ukrainians began with a treacherous invasion of the Horde on many fronts. Thousands of columns of murderers, looters and rapists were sent to our cities and towns. Military experts from other countries gave us 72 to 96 hours to surrender.
A year has passed.
Kyiv is standing, Kharkiv is standing, Odesa is unbreakable, Kherson is back, but a certain part of our land remains temporarily occupied. Our enemy has wiped out Mariupol with inhuman cruelty and destroyed settlements in Donbas. But they will never achieve their main goal.
It was not a miracle, it was the true heroism of the Ukrainian people. The heroism of every soldier, officer, volunteer, diplomat, top officials of the country... The price of freedom is very expensive, it is measured in thousands of lives of the best sons and daughters of Ukraine, and we pay this price every day.
365 days of unbreakable strength, heroism and hope. Our country has survived and will continue to liberate its land from the Russian occupiers.
