"Dynamo continues to prepare for the spring part of the season. The first stage of this off-season work is taking place at the White and Blues' training base in Vita-Litovsk.

The Dynamo club base has all the conditions for the team to work effectively even in the frosty January weather. The team has already been working with the ball on a natural turf that has been kept under a protective film. Of course, at the first stage, the players have to do a lot of running work.
The players also train in the modern fitness centre at the training base. This centre is a bit different from a traditional gym. It has everything you need to perform special exercises for different muscle groups, which are necessary for the training of football players.
On Tuesday, the physical training coaches offered the players a new exercise to test their reaction time. The players competed in pairs, reacting by touching the sensors located around the perimeter of a square on the floor, which were alternately illuminated in different colours. The Dynamo players also performed a traditional set of exercises to strengthen various muscle groups.
The work continued on the pitch, where after the warm-up, the players practised short passes and also performed exercises to keep the ball in the squares. In addition, the team did a significant amount of running work.
The Dynamo players will train in Kyiv until the end of the week, and on Sunday they will travel to Turkey, where they will continue preparations for the resumption of the season and play control matches.
