According to the German newspaper Ruhr Nachrichten, the Bumblebees are going to receive a significant amount of money even if they lose the match at Wembley. Jude Bellingham's transfer agreement provides for bonuses if the Bumblebees win the Champions League this season.

Thus, if Bellingham lifts the trophy, Dortmund will receive another £4.3 million from Real Madrid. In addition, if the English star is included in the symbolic Champions League team, Borussia will receive another £1.7 million.

The losing finalist will receive £12.9 million, and together with the bonuses paid for the 20-year-old, a defeat at Wembley will bring the German club £19.3 million. That's more than the £17.2 million that the winner of the tournament will receive.
