According to Turkish news, Romanian coach Razvan Lucescu, who heads Greek PAOK, is among the candidates for the position of head coach of Besiktas.
Dad is happy (photo: gettyimages.com)The Romanian coach's contract with the Greek team expires at the end of June 2027. A week before the end of the Greek championship, PAOK, led by Lucescu Jr, is two points ahead of its nearest rival AEK.
Earlier, the Istanbul team had negotiated with Lucescu senior, Mircea, but were rejected because the 78-year-old specialist did not want to start working with the team in the middle of the season.
