Dynamo Kyiv sent an official letter to FIFA with a request to lift the sanctions against the Paraguayan Olimpia, due to which the club from Asuncion previously had no right to register new players.

Thus, we turn the page and start working on solving other problems, ”said Miguel Cardona, president of the Paraguayan club.
Earlier it was reported that Dynamo entered into an agreement with Olimpia in a case in which the Paraguayan club owed the Ukrainian $5.5 million for the transfer of Derlis Gonzalez.
