"Tottenham officially introduces goalkeeper Vicario

"Tottenham have announced the acquisition of Empoli goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario on their official website.

The transfer fee for the 26-year-old footballer was £17 million. The Italian goalkeeper's contract with Spurs runs until 2028. Vicario wore the number 13 shirt at Tottenham and is expected to be the main goalkeeper for the Londoners next season.

Tottenham's current number one, Hugo Lloris, has already confirmed his intention to leave, despite having a contract that is still valid for a year.
