According to the decision of the PFL Central Council and in accordance with the decision of the regular XXXI PFL Conference from June 21, 2023 "Rukh-2" (L'viv) and "Karpaty-2" (L'viv) teams were included in the list of participants in the competitions among the teams of the second league clubs for the season 2023/2024.
