La Liga eases financial fair play in winter transfer window

According to the source, Spanish teams exceeding the salary cap could previously use no more than 50% of their club budget. Now teams will be allowed to use no more than 60%. At the same time, if a Primera Division club signs a star player, the threshold will rise to 70%.
