Dynamo's V. Lobanovsky Children's and Youth Sports School continues to spend the summer fruitfully and effectively, preparing for the start of the new season. In July, three summer selection and recreation camps were organized at once, which took place in three locations - different parts of Ukraine and abroad. In total, about 200 children born in 2010-2014 took part in these camps.
Photo: fcdynamo.comIn particular, one of the camps for children football players and their families is coming to an end these days in Bulgaria - in the cities of Obzor and Razgrad. As part of the camp, an international football tournament was held in Razgrad on July 23-25 with the participation of the champions of Bulgaria, Moldova and Romania: In addition to Dynamo Kyiv, Ludogorets Razgrad, Steaua Bucharest, and Zimbru Chisinau competed in the tournament.
- "In this camp, Dynamo coaches watched about 90 children from all over Ukraine," said Oleksandr Ishchenko, director of the Dynamo Children's and Youth Sports School named after V. Lobanovsky, "These are the best pupils of the clubs with which Dynamo signed partnership agreements. During two shifts, the children participated in professional training sessions and played in friendly matches. The children have never played at this level before. They were provided with excellent conditions for work and leisure, accommodation and meals. They trained on the beautiful fields at the base of the Bulgarian champion Ludogorets, which was the host and hosted the Dynamo kids. The young footballers were so impressed with the infrastructure and the fields that they walked around for several minutes and looked at everything around them with genuine interest. I would also like to note that there were many more people who wanted to take part in the camp than were able to go.
A similar selection camp is also taking place these days at the Olympic base in Koncha Zaspa, run by Dynamo coach Yuriy Yastrebinsky and other children's specialists. The children are training on one of the fields of the Dynamo club base. The coaches also tested the children, checked their speed, played two control matches with local teams participating in the DUFL championship, etc.
And the third group is working in Slavsko, Zakarpattia region, under the guidance of head coach Oleksandr Tsarenko. For ten days, they have been looking for capable and talented children who will be able to join the ranks and strengthen Dynamo's youth teams in the future, as well as create competition.
On August 2, the Dynamo Children's School will start its full-fledged scheduled work in Kyiv.
