- Do not rush to talk about the fact that this is the most important match of the first round, because no one yet knows how to stop Dnipro-1, the sole leader of the championship. Although, of course, a meeting between Shakhtar and Dynamo is always cool, no matter where these opponents are in the standings.
But at the same time, it is worth noting that the Kyivans are not currently on their own plate - in terms of game plan and results. However, a derby is a derby, any team, even a well-known outsider, can tune in to one match.
— What do you think of this game?
— Given the current situation in "Dynamo", I do not think that the Kyivans will act as number one. "Shakhtar" will take control of the ball, and "Dynamo" will hope for counterattacks. Ihor Jovicevich's men are slowly getting back on their feet, as their match against Real Madrid in the Champions League showed.
— Before the start of the season, everyone saw Dynamo as the favorite, but the team, to put it mildly, is not impressive. What is the reason?
— The "white and blue" have internal problems. "Shakhtar" has already gotten used to playing in Ukraine for eight years, but the Kyivans faced this for the first time - and it has a great impact on the condition of the football players.
In addition, I believe that there are problems in the team itself. Many football players who wanted to go to foreign clubs were not released.
There is a backbone of the team, which is five or six players who have to pull the whole team behind them. There are such surnames in Dynamo, but, unfortunately, they are not on the field.
— What will be your prediction for this match?
— I think Shakhtar will achieve its goal - win with a score of 3:1. However, to be honest, I would like to be wrong, because such a result will make life difficult for Dynamo in the fight for gold medals, despite the fact that the championship has only just started.
The gap after this round can be already seven points to the "miners". And if "Dnipro-1" also wins, then nine points to first place.
I would like Dynamo to have a turning point and the team to return to the fight for high places, because this will only add intrigue to our championship.
