A group of Polissia fans have responded to a statement made by the team's fans regarding the club's transfer policy.
"Yesterday, a separate group of FC Polissia fans expressed their vision of the situation with the presence of legionnaires in our team and their inclusion in any lists online. In this regard, our community of fans considers it necessary to voice their position on the situation.
White Zt Family is a small group of fans who have their own opinions and views on life. At the same time, we, like the rest of the Polissia fans, consider it savage in the 21st century to judge a person by the colour of their skin. New players should be evaluated by their playing characteristics and statistics on the field.
Just a few years ago, we could only dream of having players in the team who already had experience of playing at the FIFA World Cup and enough playing practice in the highest division of France, Ligue 1.
Perhaps, according to the logic expressed yesterday, it is worth evaluating players not only by the colour of their skin but also by their religion? Or maybe we should invite Russians to the Ukrainian club because their skin colour is white? We believe that these are rhetorical questions that do not require an answer," reads a post on the fans' Instagram page.
