Ukraine's youth national team defender Oleksiy Sych, who spent last year on loan at Belgian side Kortrijk, will start the new season in Lviv, the Rukh press service reports.
Oleksiy Sych (photo: fcruhlviv.com)After a short holiday due to his participation in the European Youth Championships as part of the Ukrainian U-21 national team, Oleksiy joined Rukh's training camp and is preparing for the start of the UPL season with the team.
Last season, Sych played 17 matches for Cortejit, scoring a goal and two assists. The defender played his last match in a yellow and black shirt on 2 September 2022 against Shakhtar, in which Rukh lost 0-1. In total, Oleksiy has played 18 matches for the Lviv team.
