The midfielder of Kyiv "Dynamo" Georgy Tsitaishvili, who plays on loan for a Polish "Lech", noted the effective actions in the youth team of Georgia.

The 22-year-old footballer got in the starting line-up of the Georgian "youth" team on yesterday's match of the 1-st tour of Euro-2023 (U-21) with Portugal.

On 37 minutes of the match Tsitayshvili gave a pass from the centre of the field to George Gagua, who seized his chance and opened the scoring. In stoppage time of the first half Georgian's advantage was consolidated by Saba Sazonov, who headed Tsitayshvili's cross from the corner.

In the 58th minute the Dynamo player was replaced.
