Former Dynamo defender Kakha Kalazde said he was not against the resumption of direct flights with Russia.

“Many of our countrymen live in different cities of Russia. If I'm not mistaken, then somewhere up to a million. If a decision is made to resume direct flights with Russia, then I see nothing wrong with that.

What is the problem that people who do not like what is happening in Russia and Ukraine are coming to Georgia? Flights have been suspended by Russia’s decision, it’s up to them,” Kaladze said in a comment to 1tv.ge.
