As previously reported, Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov has signed a contract with Spanish Girona, which will take effect from the summer, when the player's current agreement with his current club expires. Accordingly, the Spaniards will get a 25-year-old football player for free. However, as it turned out, everything with this transition could have turned out differently - there could have been a financial component in it.

In addition, with such a deal, the Kyiv club would have received the right to a percentage of the further sale of Tsygankov.
With a proposal similar in structure, the Dutch PSV came to Dynamo. The only difference is that this club offered 4 million euros immediately for Tsygankov's transfer to the current transfer window, and another 3.5 million in additional payments during the year. At the same time, the people of Kiev, again, would be entitled to a percentage of the next transfer of a football player.
Also, according to the source, both Girona and PSV gave Dynamo a fixed time to decide on their proposals.
