Manchester United head coach Eric ten Hague shared his expectations for the first leg of the Europa League 1/8 finals against Betis.
"There will always be disappointments in soccer. The meeting with Liverpool [0-7 on Sunday] was a huge disappointment, it's natural, but before that we had a series of 23 matches with one defeat. We learned a lot of lessons that could be useful in the future. We really played well below our level, especially in terms of psychology.
We want to take trophies and we have to act differently for that. We learned Sunday's lesson, we have to move on and look forward. We need to focus and use all our energy in the next match," the official UEFA website quoted ten Hague as saying.
