Former Italian AC Milan owner and current Monza owner Silvio Berlusconi has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan after a recurrence of cardiovascular disease.
According to Football Italia, the 86-year-old businessman and politician previously spent three nights in the same hospital for what was called a "medical checkup" and was discharged last Thursday.
Now the former prime minister has been admitted to the hospital with shortness of breath, underwent a CT scan and is now awaiting further examinations.
Berlusconi underwent open-heart surgery in 2016: He had his aortic valve replaced, after which he felt generally well.
