Arsenal midfielder Kai Havertz commented on the process of adaptation at the London club.
"Obviously, it's a completely different style of football than the one we played at Chelsea. I think this style suits me very well. Of course, it always takes time to get used to it, but I will do my best to perform at the highest level.
You play well in matches if you train well. I have to give 100 per cent during every training session. That's the only way I can get into the squad, where there is incredible competition.
I really enjoy playing as a number eight. I have more possession of the ball and am more integrated into the game. I think I have a lot of room for improvement, I'm still adapting to the game and everything else. I want to score goals. It's part of my game. Hopefully, it will work more often now," Havertz was quoted as saying by ESPN.
