An unprovoked, unjustified and criminal war unleashed by Russian aggressors continues in Ukraine. Unfortunately, tragic, sad news continues to come from the hot spots of the frontline, where our brave heroes are defending their homeland from the brutal racist invaders. At such moments, indescribable pain grips the heart of everyone who cares about the fate of Ukraine and Ukrainians.
Many Dynamo fans, club employees, and parents of pupils of the Dynamo Children's and Youth Sports School named after V. Lobanovsky serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Unfortunately, it has recently become known that the father of Vladyslav Volodko, a young football player born in 2009, was killed near Bakhmut.
On behalf of Dynamo's management, all the club's employees, the management and coaches of the Dynamo Children's and Youth Sports School named after V. Lobanovsky, we express our sincere condolences to Volodymyr's family, friends and everyone who knew him. He was a selfless, brave warrior. Eternal memory to the hero, forever in service!
The funeral service and memorial service will be held on Thursday, 31 August, at the Berkovets cemetery.
