UPL TV and Setanta Sports have issued an official statement regarding the situation with the broadcast of the Ukrainian Premier League match between Oleksandriya and Shakhtar.
"Today, on 26 February, during the broadcast of the 18th round of the UPL matches, there were technical problems with the signal of the Oleksandriya vs Shakhtar match. Unfortunately, this time we were unable to fix all the technical issues promptly and give Setanta Sports viewers the opportunity to watch the match between their favourite teams.
We sincerely apologise to the fans for the inconvenience and ruined football day.
UPL TV is at the beginning of its journey and, unfortunately, no one is immune to technical failures. We will make every effort to ensure that such situations do not happen again and that viewers can get uninterrupted access to watching matches on all the announced platforms," the official UPL.TV telegram channel said in a statement.
